If the product is returned unopened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 10% restocking fee. If the product is returned opened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 30% restocking/repackaging fee.

A: Your product(s) will be shipped via FEDEX ground, unless otherwise specified. Orders over $500 may be shipped via other methods.

Q: If I am sensitive to natural plant-based fragrances, do you have any alternatives?    A: Yes we have fragrance free products which are listed on the website.

Q: Do you have large quantities available for Industrial use?                                                A: For Industrial use, the following products are available: Degreaser, All Purpose Cleaner, Window Cleaner, Carpet Cleaner and Tile & Grout Cleaner.

Q: How do you calculate shipping?
A: Our shipping costs are calculated rate by pound.

A: You will receive your order 7-10 business days from when you place your order.  You will receive an email with a tracking number.

A: No, unless you're purchasing within Canada. Yes, if you are a Canadian GST applies.

Q: What do  renewable natural resources mean?
A. Unlike cleaners based on petroleum derived surfactants, ECOSAFECLEAN PRODUCTS offers a unique combination of surfactants, sequestrants, and wetting agents which are manufactured from renewable, naturally occurring vegetable oils and fats such as coconut, and palm, plus renewable agricultural resources such as corn and soybeans. 

Q: What is the shelf life of the products?
A: Shelf life is approximately 2 years, at minimum.  Some of the products have up to a 10 year shelf life with no degradation.
